| UNABLE TO VIEW MEMBER PROFILES: Symptom: When clicking on a Member ID, you get the following message: "The page or community that you are seeking does not exist." Solution: 1. Write down the Member ID. 2. Go to the club's home page. 3. Go to the address field near the top of the screen. You will see the club's URL e.g. http://in.clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/indiansoutofindia displayed. 4. Delete everything that follows "yahoo.com/" so that the URL now reads something like this: http://in.clubs.yahoo.com/. 5. REPLACE "CLUBS" with "PROFILES" so that the new URL reads something like this: http://in.profiles.yahoo.com/. 6. ADD the Member ID at the end of the URL so that the new URL reads something like this: http://in.profiles.yahoo.com/donsutherland1. 7. Hit <ENTER> You should now be able to view the Member's profile. |
