SOME CLUBS TO WHICH YOU BELONG ARE NOT DISPLAYED ON YOUR LIST OF CLUBS:

Select "Edit" next to "My Clubs" and hit <ENTER>.  This list will display all your clubs.  You can enter the desired club from this list.
